First of all, just want to tell you that this was a looooong overdue post. I was supposed to write about something else but found this entry on my drafts and decided to post it since it was almost done anyway. So here it goes, I met with my good friends Mac and Cheese last January for our annual “Holidate.” We were supposed to meet up at Hey Handsome but we didn’t check the opening time and sad to say, we were too early to dine there. Luckily, there were other choices near Hey Handsome and we chose the one beside it. We went to Passion by Gerard Dubois. It looked like a good spot to chill around High Street. The place is definitely a #TitasofManila hangout, truly perfect for us!

Recipe Books by Passion.
We ordered three dishes, pasta, pizza and an omelet. Everything was actually good but out of the three, the omelet was our favorite! We actually want to try all omelet choices they offer, maybe next time! I think what makes Passion different from all the French/Italian places I've been to is that you can really taste how fresh the ingredients are! The color is so vibrant and the texture of all the ingredients are just right! The veggies are still crispy, the meat so tender, and the cheese is melted into perfection! The way the ingredients blend with each other gives you a close authentic French/Italian taste (I can't say how authentic as I haven't been to France/Italy to really judge the food)! Anyway, here are the photos of the dishes we ate that day:

Four Seasons Sour Dough Pizza (Smoked Salmon, Salami, Mushroom, Chicken Tikka) - Php 395.00.

Portobello Pesto Linguine - Php 365.00

L'omelette "Passion" Bacon, Ham and Egg - Php 320.00
This post might be late but then it's never too late to try eating here! Passion by Gerard Dubois is located in NetPark, 5th Ave, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila.
